Members of Lytham Inner Wheel and their guests recently attended an “Out of Africa” night at our home.

Several hundred pounds were raised for the club’s Overseas Charities and the guests enjoyed traditional african dishes of  Biltong and monkey nuts, Bobotie and sweet potato , together with a tropical fruit salad. for dessert.

Howard and I  lived and worked in Africa for seven years in Zambia,Uganda,Tanzania and Sierra Leone and our collection of artefacts and hats provided  amusing entertainment during the evening !
