At the Citizen’s Advice Bureau Management Committee Meeting this evening, we were informed that a new 24 hour helpline ( similar to Child Line ), is now available in the North West – it is for lonely, isolated or neglected adults and elderly people who require advice or help. The telephone number is – 0800 328 8888. It is hoped to extend the service nationwide in the Summer.
